Norphonic is growing rapidly and is now looking for a number of talented individuals to join the team at the Bergen HQ on the west coast of Norway. We are currently recruiting for three vacancies (click on the job title to read the full job description):

1. Production Manager
The production manager will be responsible for pre-production (planning) and the production (control and supervision) of the Norphonic Heavy Duty VoIP Telephones and associated technology. This includes selecting manufacturing and logistics partners, monitoring the production processes and managing costs, ensuring that the production stay cost-effective. The production manager will also champion the product design and new product development.

2. Technical Service Engineer
The Technical Service Engineer plays an important part in all our projects, through the pro-active planning and follow-up of customer-dedicated VoIP solutions to a number of international markets. This role will involve the development of relevant technical spesification and support documentation, assuming overall technical responsibility, support management and coordingation.

3. Project Engineer (Pre- and Post Sales Technical Support)
The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing 1st line pre and post sales technical support for Norphonic Heavy Duty VoIP telephones, Private Branch Exchange (PABX) systems and associated network technology solutions. The Project Engineer must understand customer business needs, matching those with Norphonic technologies, and clearly articulate VoIP network solutions to prospective clients. The project engineer will also provide technical training to Norphonic’s international customer base. Good English written and verbal presentation skills and customer facing experience is therefore important.
